When to follow up

What to say

First follow-upHi Linda, just checking in on the estimate for the fence. Any questions I can answer?
Offer to adjustHi Linda, if the fence estimate is more than you planned, I can break it into two phases or suggest a different material. Just let me know.
Last noteHi Linda, I will close out the fence estimate for now. If you want to pick it back up, just reply and I will update it.
